Lithium Sulfate Triple-effect Tube +MVR Forced Circulation Evaporation Crystallization System

Handling media and materials:  

Medium: lithium sulfate solution. This is a chemical material with high added value but may be corrosive.  

Main material: 316L stainless steel is used as the main contact part of the equipment. This shows that the material is corrosive (possibly containing chloride ions or other halogen ions), but the corrosivity is within the tolerance range of 316L. Molybdenum element of 316L provides better pitting corrosion resistance.  

Technology and energy efficiency:  

Core technology: triple effect evaporation+MVR. This is an advanced configuration that combines the high efficiency of "multi-effect evaporation" with the ultra-high energy efficiency of "mechanical steam recompression".  

Three-effect evaporation: the secondary steam generated by the former evaporator is used as the heat source of the latter evaporator, which is used in turn to significantly reduce the consumption of fresh steam.  

MVR: At the end effect or the back end of the system, the low-temperature and low-pressure secondary steam is compressed, heated and boosted by the compressor, and reused as a high-quality heat source, which greatly recovers the latent heat of steam and minimizes the overall energy consumption of the system.  

Evaporator form: forced circulation. This form is suitable for materials with easy scaling, crystal precipitation or high viscosity. The liquid is forced to flow at high speed in the heating tube by a large-flow circulating pump, which can effectively prevent materials from scaling and blocking on the heat transfer surface and promote crystal growth, and is very suitable for crystallization process.  

Scale and capacity:  

Evaporation: 46.6 tons/hour. This is a huge processing capacity, indicating that this is an industrial-grade large-scale production line, which requires extremely high stability and automation of equipment.

Product: Crystalline salt. The ultimate goal of the system is not to obtain concentrated solution, but to obtain solid crystalline products, so the back end is usually connected with crystallizer, centrifuge, dryer and other equipment.
