Operation scale: the evaporation capacity is 10 tons/hour, which means that 10 tons of water is removed by evaporation every hour, which belongs to medium and large industrial production scale.
Product requirements: Concentrate the dilute sugar solution to the final concentration of 75%. This is a very high concentration, which puts forward higher requirements for the design and operation of evaporation system.
Equipment material: the main equipment material is SS304 stainless steel, which fully meets the food hygiene standards, ensuring that the materials will not be corroded and polluted during the concentration process, and ensuring the purity and safety of the products.
