Acid-base Waste Gas Treatment System In Photovoltaic Industry

In the photovoltaic industry, process waste gas will be produced in the stages of silicon chip production, solar cell production and solar cell module production. Moreover, the waste gases produced in different production stages are different, so how should we deal with these acid-base waste gases?
1.Process principle:
"water solution method" is adopted for treatment, and the waste gas passes through the washing tower and reacts with the washing night to be purified; Wherein the acidic gas passes through the alkaline washing liquid, and the alkaline gas passes through the acidic washing liquid.
2.Specific process:
waste gas flows in from the air inlet, flows horizontally through the packed bed, and washing liquid flows vertically through the packed bed. This gas-liquid cross-flow mode makes the waste gas and washing liquid fully react and effectively remove impurities in the waste gas.
The washing liquid flows into the sewage tank at the bottom of the washing tower, and the circulating pump circulates the washing liquid. In order to achieve the maximum removal efficiency, the non-fixed spiral nozzle at the top of the washing tower provides uniform and continuous washing liquid for the packed bed. At the outlet of the washing tower, the purified gas flows through the herringbone blade demister to remove 99% 10 micron water mist.
The process of changing gas from gas to liquid by washing tower is called chemical adsorption. The efficiency of this transformation is greatly improved by randomly placing fillers in the washing tower; The filler not only increases the contact area of gas-liquid mixture, but also destroys water droplets continuously, so that the newly formed water droplet surface is always exposed to the air, which greatly improves the adsorption efficiency.
The pH of the washing liquid is precisely controlled by the dosing facilities, so that the soluble part of the waste gas is absorbed by the washing liquid, converted into neutral liquid and finally discharged out of the washing tower.
3. Main equipment: including fan, tower, water pump, spiral nozzle, demister filler, etc.
Treatment effect: Using this treatment scheme, the acid-base waste gas can be removed extremely well, and finally discharged up to the standard; It also has the advantages of low pressure loss (power saving), difficult blockage, simple maintenance and so on. It is the most commonly used treatment scheme in photovoltaic industry at present.
