Treatment System Of Spraying Waste Gas In Furniture Factory

The furniture factory will produce spray paint exhaust gas and dust exhaust gas generated by woodworking in the process of operating table saw, vertical milling table, sander, planing, drilling and polishing table. These waste gases will pollute the air and do harm to workers, so it is essential to treat the waste gases in furniture factories. So what are the waste gas treatment schemes of furniture factory?

1.Waste gas treatment scheme of furniture factory with small air volume

(1) Low tempezature plasma purification method Low-temperature plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid and gas. When the applied voltage reaches the discharge voltage of gas, the gas is broken down and a mixture containing electrons, various ions, atoms and free radicals occurs. Although the electron temperature is very high during the discharge process, the heavy particle temperature is very low, and the whole system is in a low temperature state, so it is called low temperature plasma. Plasma exhaust gas purifier degrades pollutants by using these active particles such as electrons and free radicals to interact with pollutants in exhaust gas, so that pollutant molecules can differentiate in a very short time and then undergo various subsequent reactions to achieve the purpose of degrading pollutants.

(2) The combined scheme of rotating plate tower+photo-oxygen catalysis+activated carbon adsorption.

The waste gas from furniture factory mainly comes from the spray booth, and the paint mist and organic waste gas will be produced during the spraying process. Using the rotating plate tower as pretreatment equipment, the water-soluble or large-particle components in the waste gas can be settled down, so as to achieve the purpose of separating pollutants from clean gas. Its advantages are that water resources are easily available, and can be reused after filtration and precipitation, which greatly reduces the waste of water resources.

After the pretreated waste gas is input to the photo-oxygen catalytic waste gas treatment equipment by the exhaust equipment, the malodorous gas is decomposed and oxidized by the high-energy UV light beam and ozone, so that it is degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide. The equipment has high deodorization and purification efficiency, no need to add any substance, wide application range and low operating cost.

Finally, using the adsorption capacity of the surface of activated carbon adsorbent, the waste gas contacts with the porous activated carbon adsorbent on the surface, and the pollutants in the waste gas are adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon, so that they are separated from the gas mixture, and the purified gas is discharged at high altitude. The activated carbon adsorption box can treat a variety of mixed organic waste gas at the same time, and use it as the final treatment device, which greatly improves the purification efficiency.

2.Waste gas treatment scheme of furniture factory with large air volume

Adsorption-catalytic combustion method

This method combines the advantages of adsorption method and catalytic combustion method. Honeycomb activated carbon is used for adsorption, and hot air is introduced for desorption and analysis after drinking. After desorption, the exhaust gas is introduced into the catalytic combustion bed for flameless combustion, and it is completely purified. The hot gas is recycled in the system, which greatly reduces energy consumption. This method has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, low investment, low operation cost and convenient maintenance, and is suitable for the treatment of waste gas with large air volume and low concentration. It is a mature and practical method for the treatment of organic waste gas in China at present.
